We have an exciting update to the Deep Listening program this evening, with renowned chef Mark Olive joining us for an intimate chat. Mark has wowed Parrtjima fans with cooking demonstrations using beautiful bushfoods from the Red Centre region. Tonight we will learn more about what makes this Aussie icon tick, and how he continues to forge a path for the use of native Australian bushfoods on high-end menus around the world. Mark will take the place of Amelia Kunoth-Monks, who is unfortunately unable to join us for personal reasons.
